Ryan combines more than 30 years of motor industry experience with advanced technical expertise and plays a central role in the technical standards at William Street Motor Services. As an IMI Level 4 qualified Master Technician, his expertise includes electric and hybrid vehicles, advanced electronics and complex technical work. Alongside running the business, Ryan remains actively involved in the workshop, bringing decades of hands-on experience to vehicle diagnosis, servicing and repair.

Jodie is part of the front-of-house team, helping customers throughout their visit and supporting the day-to-day organisation of the workshop. With three years of motor industry experience and IMI training in front-of-house operations and customer relations, she helps make sure customers are kept informed and looked after while their vehicle is with the team. Away from work, Jodie is a mum and a committed cat lover.

Richard has worked in the motor industry since 2007 and brings experience from almost every area of a dealership, including parts, sales, service and bodyshop operations. Before joining William Street Motor Services, he worked with Suzuki, BMW and Toyota, including four years managing Toyota service and bodyshop departments. Customer service has always been a major part of Richard’s career, with his Toyota team receiving national and European recognition for the standards they delivered.

Lula-Belle supports customers as part of the service reception team, helping to keep communication organised between customers and the workshop. Alongside her role at William Street Motor Services, she is studying to become a nurse, bringing the same attentive and organised approach to her work with customers. She has a keen eye for detail and helps make sure the front-of-house team keeps everything moving.

Jack is currently in the third year of his apprenticeship and is developing his skills through a combination of structured training and experience in the William Street Motor Services workshop. Working alongside the wider technical team gives him the opportunity to build experience across servicing, maintenance, repairs and modern vehicle technology as he works towards becoming a fully qualified technician.

Bradley is an experienced technician and MOT tester with additional training in electric and hybrid vehicles. His Level 3 EV and Hybrid qualification supports William Street Motor Services’ growing specialist capability as more customers move into electrified vehicles. When he is away from the workshop, Bradley enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.

Declan is a Level 3 Technician with four years of experience working on vehicle servicing, maintenance and repairs. He is continuing to build his technical experience as part of the William Street Motor Services workshop team and has a particular enthusiasm for engines. Outside work, Declan is also a keen gamer.

Liam brings nine years of motor industry experience to the workshop and specialises in vehicle diagnostics and electrical systems. His expertise is particularly valuable when investigating faults that require a more detailed understanding of modern vehicle electronics and electrical components. Outside the workshop, Liam is a family man and enjoys spending time with his wife and two children.
